This policy explains what information Wince Aviation LLC, doing business as Wince Flight Instruction ("we", "I"), collects through winceaviation.com, what it is used for, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, call (304) 991-8557 or email wincenoah@gmail.com.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out the student intake form, we receive what you enter:

• Your name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and city and state
• Your flying background: certificates, ratings, flight hours, aircraft flown, whether you hold an FAA medical certificate, and whether you have access to an aircraft
• The training you're interested in, your availability, your preferred airport and start date
• Anything you write in the free text boxes

If you call or email instead, we receive whatever you choose to share in that conversation.

Information collected automatically. The website itself does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical details such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site, block abuse and spam, and keep short-term security logs. Those logs do not include what you type into the form.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and talk through your training options
• To plan your training, check eligibility requirements, and schedule lessons
• To keep records of the training we provide, including records the FAA requires instructors to keep

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing. We will only contact you about flight instruction, and only because you asked us to.

How it's handled and who else sees it

The intake form is not saved in a database on this website. When you press send, the form is turned into an email and delivered to Noah Wince's inbox. That means two service providers handle it on our behalf:

• Cloudflare, which hosts the site and sends the email
• Google, which provides the Gmail inbox where the email is kept

Beyond that, we share your information only when you ask us to (for example, with a flight school, aircraft owner or examiner you are working with), or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we are talking with you about training or working with you, and afterward for as long as we need it for training records, taxes, insurance, or legal reasons. If we never end up working together, you can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Call or email using the contact details above and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it, and we will tell you if that applies.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because this site does not track visitors across other websites or over time, there is nothing for that signal to switch off, and the site works the same either way.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Student pilots under 18 should fill out the form with a parent or guardian. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and the form is protected against spam and misuse. No method of sending or storing information online is perfectly secure, so please don't include anything in the form that you wouldn't put in an email, such as payment card details or Social Security numbers.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the effective date at the top.
