Have your own aircraft? Let's discuss instruction in your aircraft, including aircraft-specific familiarization, ratings, reviews, and proficiency work, subject to insurance, instructor qualifications, and aircraft suitability.

Have access to an aircraft? If you rent, share, or otherwise have authorized access to a suitable airplane, we can discuss a training plan and any operator requirements.

How it works

Training built around your mission

  1. Tell me about your experience and goals.
  2. We'll review aircraft access, eligibility, and training needs.

  4. Fly with a focus on preparation, safety, and measurable progress.

Instruction and scheduling depend on aircraft availability, insurance, weather, instructor authorization, and applicable FAA requirements.

Meet your instructor

I'm Noah Wince.

From a small town in West Virginia to the flight deck — and now helping others discover what's possible.

I grew up in Saint Marys, West Virginia, a small town where becoming a pilot once felt like a dream too big to reach. For a long time, I never imagined that someone like me could actually make a career out of flying. Aviation seemed like something other people did — until I decided to give that dream a chance.

That decision changed my life. I moved away from home to Jacksonville, Florida, and committed myself to ATP Flight School's accelerated training program. It wasn't always easy, but through long days of studying, flying, setbacks, and persistence, I earned my private pilot certificate, instrument rating, commercial single- and multi-engine privileges, and CFI and CFII instructor certificates.

Today, I'm back in the Mid-Ohio Valley working as a line service technician at Mid-Ohio Valley Regional Airport. My educational background includes Electrical & Instrumentation studies at West Virginia University at Parkersburg, and I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Aviation through Liberty University. Being around aircraft and pilots every day reminds me how fortunate I am to be part of an industry I once thought was out of reach.

I founded Wince Aviation LLC, operating as Wince Flight Instruction, because I want to help others take that same first step. Whether you've dreamed of flying since childhood or only recently started wondering if it's possible, I want you to feel welcome asking questions, learning at your own pace, and working toward a goal that matters to you. My commitment is to give you honest feedback, individual attention, and instruction built on safety, preparation, and encouragement — never empty promises.

My own journey is still unfolding. Alongside instructing and pursuing my bachelor’s degree at Liberty University, I hope to continue growing as an aviator and one day fly for an airline. But just as important to me is helping aspiring pilots across West Virginia, Ohio, and surrounding communities realize that their dreams deserve a chance, too.
